Democrats too, Republican. Now it's four weeks with a lot of weeks to go. We want to finish that way, right. But I just wanted to thank everybody, because you've been really amazing the job you've done. It's been incredible in terms of this four week period. It's been a great summer to start four weeks. We have a couple of things in the in the works, with negotiating with Russia and Ukraine, trying to get that horrible situation. Horrible situation. I see pictures that you unfortunately don't get to see, you don't want to see, and that is a killing field. We had young soldiers being killed, 1000s a week. We had to get it over and stuff that for Russia, for Ukraine, and it's there for us on the humanitarian basis. I've had very good talks with Putin, and I've had not such good talks with Ukraine. They don't have any thoughts that they played this convenience, which would have never happened to be the president, but it did happen. So I got stuck with it, and the world was stuck with it. And right now you have a country that has in cities, they look like demolition sets, those beautiful towers, those 1000 year old golden domes. It was so beautiful. The most beautiful in the world. Was it? They were all in Smith rings, millions of people available. I think far more people than anyone understand, and we have people in Vatican. get to the table. Should have never happened, but would have never happened. But I'm delighted to welcome America's governors. You're amazing people, even the Democrats are amazing people, and they work together. Actually, we work very well together. But I do want to welcome you, and I want to let you know that anything I can do, I'm here for you, and we can, we can do a lot. I do want to say that I left a great place in North Carolina, and we're really working hard there. Since I've been in for four weeks, we've done more than they did, and female was a disaster. Female wasn't there. They didn't do the job, and it was a terrible, terrible situation. I've never seen anything like it, but they like it. And then they actually, when they did get their very small group, they chose anybody with an American flag with their name Trump on the front of the house, they would sort of scoop that house back nicely. And it was just a disaster. And
we definitely the other way, and we're working with a very,
very nice person that we've
had good relationships. Okay? Thank you
very much. We're working well together, very well together. We're not using things so much. But it doesn't matter if the people have become a becoming very happy so. But we are with the opinion. I understand people very well. We had a good situation with FEMA, but it was very expensive thing to do. And I would agree, when there's a natural disaster, hurricane, tornado, whatever's going to be very capable people. because you take care of it yourself. You have to call some followers state and have people playing in from areas that have no idea. They come in from Alaska to have you in Florida. They say look, here. Everything was. been fixed. It's not a good situation. It's very expensive to spend at least twice. as much. They don't negotiate. They go out and hire local contractors, and then no idea who they are. And I'd rather have my governor from South Carolina, Henry. I'd rather have Ron. I'd rather have from Florida, just about everybody in this room. And everybody in this room. I know that you do it, you'll save a lot of money, and we'll send the bill, the bill to pay for our last we have to have you have a little bit of skin in the game. Otherwise, you those bills will be much higher than this person, especially a couple of you in this room, whenever
we haven't think 7545 with the government, and we'll go right through to the they go right
through, probably to go through commerce, maybe go through Marco, because very good with money. Good with money. I don't think I'm going to the environmental gentleman some big fraud. As you said, this was not even explainable. It's sad, but it's a great job. You've done an ocean a great job negotiator. But I think Marco or Scott or Howard may be Sen, we want to congratulate this great session. Democrat, always, I think, to apologize and yeah,
but today, I'm delighted to welcome America's governors to the White House, and I've known many of you for a long, long time, and this week, we're forging even stronger bonds of cooperation to better serve the American people. I also want to thank the members of my Cabinet who joined us for this meeting, and they really have, they have gone well at the bed. And I also want to thank Senator Boone, because I'm hearing we set a record on approval, and I was screaming. I thought it was going so slowly. I think we have a record. So I apologize to anybody I escaped that we had a record for the number of positions, and that's great and a great deal. So I'll begin by introducing Secretary of State, Marco Rubio. He scares me because he got 99 votes. So that's either unbelievably good, because he's an incredible diplomat, and therefore a Secretary of State, you couldn't pick four. I'm a little nervous about the only vote he didn't get was our vice president. It really says something. I think it says working together. It's an amazing, amazing attribute. I think I'll let you know about it. The last few years, Marcus with people at the highest level of
states that we will say states being other countries that we would
have said wouldn't have done so well, that they're dealing very well. You have a great group of people. Michael watts, and we're making amazing progress. I mean, we've made more progress on that situation, which is great. And then they happened three years again, associated again, but we're also working very hard in the Middle East. Another one that wouldn't have happened. We would never have gotten. We wouldn't have had. October 7. They had no money. Iran was broke. We had sanctions on Iran, and nobody's ever seen before. They were literally broke, and they were not giving any money to Hamas. To Hamas. And how about Hamas yesterday with the baby, we're going to take that. We'll continue to take that out. I don't know so, but I want to just thank you, Monica, for doing a great job. And Scott, you also, Scott went all the way to Ukraine. He said, Don't do it. That's why they have telephones. But it's look it's always better. But I just didn't feel that it was it was dangerous. You saw things on that trailer. I said, You didn't like I understand. Yeah, it's pretty dangerous, and pretty dangerous. It was generally wanted to do it. He said he wanted to do it. It's better to do it than it is. California was better. I would say, much better to be in person. But that was dangerous. I didn't like I like him, therefore, I didn't want anybody like him. I would have suggested I can say, go back today and let's give it another shot. What? Another shot. Was an amazing leader and woman.
grand Bondi. Pam Bondi, interior secretary. This is
as well, and really good.
And really good. And he was always he took that to a level that nobody
ever thought possible. I watched he ran, and I said, I like that guy. He was one of the few that didn't hit me. He was after my position, but he never said anything that got me so quickly. That's one chapter that says we have one of the ones that he's been using the amazing governor and he really became an expert on energy. When I, when I was with him, I realized I wanted him some of us that he knows actually were.
want you to just call. I want you to ask somebody much better than me on energy, who Christian? I said, Oh yeah, that's Christian. I but he's the top guy in the hole, they said, on the planet for energy in all forms of energy, even cleaning beautiful poles. We're going to be using, like Germany does now. We're opening up a plant a week, and they're opening up and shining more than somebody talking to plants. So we're supposed to use the weeding doesn't work. Does it work from a practical standpoint? But I just want to welcome the industry under grace. And when he said, you're probably the only thing, because I know that he's got a big ego. Actually heard me say something he said so much better than your energy that you gave up a tremendous position.
We have to get to it, because while we do the energy costs more energy than anybody in the world. We just give you. Can you imagine, Biden set us up in Venezuela instead of taking that so that we look to Venezuela where they got very heavy, heavy stuff, and we have the best stuff in the world. We have more energy, though, really great that we go more under arrested than anybody else
in Venezuela to my world, instead of taking it from our intermediate company, and we could
have taken to the center of the problems. And then we made Venezuela strong again, a lot of money. They never thought they were going to have so much guy and all the people so you can have one guy sitting there with a lot of lot of oil under his feet. That's that good situation. But we're having thoughts about that mess. That was another one. He was done. He was ready to put it. He was going to be out Bucha. You know that better than anybody. He was going to be out Bucha Marcus, been very slush against what took place there, and we would have that in any form of water that made him strong. It was the worst administration in history. I say that with a lot of Democrats, but I think you believe it previously. We can't say you know, if you get those graces then that's what post inflation, the energy has been just standing, but I think even more so the end, the energy. When I say stuff that you always says they strapped a lot of things to do. Then they went back to what we were doing as much as they could, suffice as. were going through the roof. That initial search. It was brutal. And they went back to that any any rate, they let any rig that we had a school, and they ended up doing similar numbers, but we would have been at those numbers. We would have been double or tripled those numbers, cases from years ago, but the energy caused that problem. But I just want to thank you for recommending him, and what we've done is use the head Department of Energy, because he bought has all the energy, other than some nuclear energy, that you're in charge. But here's all the energy is all about in any other country in the world, and he's in charge of progress. He can't drill, and he drills, but he has no way. So let's merge them. So we merge them intellectually. I don't know we did it legally, but we did it. So now he gives up the edge and he gives up the drills. You're going crazy, right? You go beautifully environmentally. Well, we'll make sure, but we have a lot of things. Go ahead and sell it. But we have always wondered, why isn't the energy, or more the energy, the craziest thing I've ever seen. Probably have to make maybe even a change in that, you know, somehow merging would do something, because it's, it's pretty, pretty tremendous what you're going to be able to do. Agricultural. Secretary, Brooke Rollins, who's so fantastic, and she's been, uh, so many different things and royal from the beginning. She even opened up, or we had a dreaded shopping tree. She opened up a, we call it an institute. I've never seen anybody raise money, but she raised hundreds of millions of dollars on this fabulous we want to want another race, because I think it's really
Important it happens, but it's been amazing, and we were really tough, because this last, this last election, I got Sarah, he gave you ten million we gave it to Brooke. We gave it to Brooke. She's spending in our policy. We have to worry about getting elected. But Brooke is fantastic, and she's done such a good job, and she's Make America Great Again, top of the line, right? And she didn't know, as soon as I found that, I said, that's that she studied. That's what she studied. She knows everything about it, and she's going to be a fantastic Secretary that we gotta figure something out, guys, we're working on, and we inherited all the problems here at some point, a few months down the road, we won't be ever safe. There's so much as but the big things really we can we can blame other people for to allow criminals into our country at levels that nobody's ever seen before to allow people from jails that countries from all over the world be allowed to empty jails into an open border. They open, they empty jails and prisons, mental insufficient, Satan, gang members, drug wars, drug people, people on drugs, people that are sick, they allow them to come into our country totally unchecked. And right now, we have a great job in town hall and Christina, they're doing a great job. But it's, it's such a it's something we should have never had to be done. And you see the levels of crime that these are serious. They make our criminals look nice. The only thing we get out of it, our criminals are very nice people. These are seriously tough people. The various gangs, whether it's ms 13 or the Venezuelan gangs, that are toughest, building toughness levels. Slope, Secretary of Health and Human Services. Nobody knows
this particular Democrat
votes. Democrat votes, I don't know we know. Thank goodness for the Republicans. And whereas Bobby Williams, Bobby So congratulations. Was that as easy as you thought? As well,
you did pretty well. You know, we have one stat that I quote, The Autism stat,
and you get different numbers, but it's 1000s. They say between 10 and 20,000 so if you go back 15 years ago, we had one in 20,000 now we have one in 34 so 3436 and if you go back, I guess 18 years ago, remember that was done. It was one in 20,000 so again, from 20,000 to 3436 436, so there's something wrong. There's something wrong. We could have done something. There's something about maybe it's a spray that we sprayed all over the place that nobody else does if other countries don't. The Pennsylvania Dutch, they don't do anything amazingly healthy. And he understands. He's working with Dr Oz, who's this really smart guy known very well. These two guys are going to hear it, and they're also going to figure out why, in the United States, we made $1,500 for a drug, literally, they paid $200 even less 88,000. in one case, yesterday, they pay $88 we paid 13 exact same drug from the exact same factory of the same plant, worsening that so I hope you focus really a lot on the prostate, because Americans have been skewed and so good. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, another one I remember always going to be fantastic. Scott Turner, so Scott, congratulations, man, oh man, you are something. You got up and we had a great meeting yesterday. Everybody knows you fantastic.
You got a good recommendation from Ben gurson. Once Ben Carson recommended, yes, Secretary of energy, I introduced pressurized, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, dumbfounds and no bills that have been wasted money. Do you have limited contestedly that every Democrat remembers this was not a good. situation. That's where the only thing. Debbie said, you don't know what we're talking about. Here you go. No, this was not a big day. It was a good day for justice. I could fair justice. EPA Administrator, Lee Zelda, they ran for governor New York, and there you have no chance. But actually, it was a fantastic run, amazing. And then his first one, he was going to Congress, but he was fantastic on the folks, the various hoaxes I had, a lot of folks. He was always very strong, great lawyer, tremendous lawyer, and also a big believer in the environment and keeping it good and clean and healthy. And I just want to thank you for the job. And the only thing I ask is, if you go with steel, because a lot of people use the whole process, the environmental impact process, to delay projects, which is going to be good, and you can get the same answer. In a matter of months, as opposed to a matter of years that just has stone because people are covering tremendous amounts of money. I had been struggling. Yesterday, I had technical in the office from that one. He's invested hundreds of billions of dollars. dollars, I don't know. I hope he's announced it. Hopefully, that's what he told me. Now he has to do, but he's investing hundreds of billions of dollars and others to a lot of chip makers coming in, a lot of oil breakers coming in this stock, three plants in Mexico that were under construction, started construction, they just stopped, and they'll give you a stand, because, come on, be the tariffs. Tariffs. And amazing, I says. I said, it's my favorite word in the dictionary, board, tariff. It's such a beautiful word, and the faith is guilty. They said, What about love? What about God? What about family? They said, I'm a joke.
And OMB director, Russell Schwab, thank you. Fantastic for the numbers and
you see these numbers coming out with that wasted abuse
SBA Administrator, small business. Small businesses, really big business, especially one of the biggest banks in the world. That sounds a little bit overall small little business. It is massive. It is one big sucker, right? And Kelly laughers here, so she's going to be incredible, and she's got an incredible husband, Jack was one of the most important people in the world of finance. and he knows he owns a big well the New York stockmanship so that's, that's a bad thing. And you have natural experience but I think you're going to do great. And there's a lot of fraud and then from the past, money that was handed out intelligence, intelligence tells the. Catholic wisdom.
$12 billion loaded up with a delicious lots of good. It was treated pretty rough for a person that's incredible memory on itself. It's basically scarves. And over the past month, our new administration has taken unrelenting action to fix every single disaster that we inherited, and we inherited a lot of them the board of the United States. The risk we didn't get just including following countries that are doing things. One of the reasons that we won the election by so much. This was one of everyone, we wanted. popular vote. We won the seven swing states, all seven by a lot. We won by millions of votes. About it, so we started but this hasn't happened in a couple of decades. The Republican to win the popular vote. I think that that's changing so rapidly. But another thing that was pretty amazing. Of the 3000 counties, we won 2500 of them, and the Democrats won 500 it's a lot. They've never seen anyone it would actually would have thought that that the numbers would even be much higher when you win, when you win, 2500 win 2500 counties to 500 counties, when you look at the map, you will see the map the women get certified in office history. It's like almost totally red. And it's my honor. We're going to just work it out, but we really become the party of common sense. And I think it's important. I think it's important for the Democrats common sense. So we're going to deal with deal and we're going to deal on a common sense basis. And I know a lot of a lot of you agree with a lot of the things I don't know. Sometimes you're not allowed to say it, unfortunately, but I think we'll be all better ways if everybody says that includes Republicans saying the right thing. So they want to declare the national emergency on our southern border to stop the invasion of our country. This would have been invaded millions and millions of people. I figured 21 million people. I know that two or 3 million were criminals, and many of them were people that countries didn't want. They were putting them in these massive, large caravans, I came up with an envelope. And these are people, in many cases, that might not be criminal, but the people in the country didn't want they didn't work. They needed help all the time, or they needed assistance, or whatever. A lot of people that are right there, people, and everybody's treated fairly, but we got a chance to see it was a difficult problem. Additionally, the heroes of ice have been really hunting down the really bad ones, and we are known that they're incredible people being shunned by being mocked, men and women, they'll see like a ms 13 banter weapons to get into one of them. Two of them killed two young girls in Long Island. Some reason I like Long Island. Ms 13 loves Long Island. I don't know what that's all about, but two young girls walking to school 16 years ago, in the morning, they were accosted by a group of MS 13 guns that they don't use guns. Cut them into pieces and cut them off into pieces, little pieces, and they use, they use knives because it's more painful. And I saw an end to end, no fear of these guys who didn't have Fear People, or trendy Arab people from Venezuela, sees fists going for five minutes, and Fists going there. Five minutes, and then you see these guys walk out. them out of the country. These are rough people that we have to deal with ISIS. Incredible boy, control these incredible law enforcement, the people in law enforcement, we make their job so difficult by allowing people like this into our country. Just shouldn't do it. So I've just designated the group from Venezuela trend as a foreign terrorist organization in Colorado. They went in and other
places. They literally
take over, like me, with a real estate business. They take over and they literally take it over. They just kind of tenants to get the hell out of India. One case where a guy called the cops, and then why did you call the cops? Yes, and they cut off his fingers at your other hand. He's in that high speed the federal, state and local cooperation has to be the backbone of the border security. So as governors, I know all the Republicans are very much into Christine. Everybody. But I hope everybody, because ultimately, you want to get the criminals out of this day, we're focusing on the really bad ones. We have 11,088 people that we know of that are murderers, that are actually murderers. And I can't imagine anybody wanting them in their state, whether a Republican or whether you're a Democrat or whatever you may be, we have many of them murdered more than one person. Some murdered more than five people. They let them out of jail. Convicted people, and they let them out of jails, because it's very expensive to have somebody in jail for a lifetime, or whatever it might be. And they learn that here, the American people expect every city of state to fully honor ice requests, and we hope they can to ensure the state transfer criminal railroads and the Federal custody for immediate removal from our country. You know, many of the countries said we're not never going to let back under the Biden administration and others, they said, we're not letting them back, and you'll never bring them back. They're not coming into this country. And Biden said, and every single country now we serve the COVID deals, so we've got as well. Fact, they actually wanted to send planes to pick them up and pick them up so that we don't have to go through the extensive sending plans. Is that correct? Even market people remember, we they literally are sending planes to pick up these people, and they love people, and they pick them up and they put them in the plans. There's no excuse for any state attempting to aid and bet dangerous criminals, killers, drug dealers. We were dead people who are violating federal law, violating the law, bargaining in our country to combat inflation, I declared a National Energy emergency, and we had to do that. One of the things we've done is by doing that, we can go very quickly. You know, a lot of companies are coming in, but they need tremendous electricity, and not so electricity, but they need more electricity for AI, and we have a program. We have x we have electricity now for the whole company. They need to access it up on investor. So they're coming in with and we're going to be leading. We're now leading on that really opened it up, and I hope it's good. We opened it up and leading China by a lot. But China is giving them tremendous electricity because they do whatever they want to do. But we're working with late and I've told these people, they spend, they're going to spend hundreds of millions, trillions of dollars, actually. So he doubled the energy that we have right now. And even more than that, from what I'm understanding, which is hard to believe. In other words, take every car, every every building, we need, whatever it is, 100% of the energy we need that amount just to be in the number one position. We need really more than that to to really dominate, which I think will be dominating. But I told them, and I can't believe it was in electric plan. So we can create your own electricity plans, we let them build an electric generating plant where they build like a utility. In other words, instead of using Todd Edison like we have in New York, hello, Governor. We do have dollars, and
they don't do a bad job. Actually, it can be a little cheaper with the price, perhaps, but we build
our own utility. They can have their own utility bad reaction. They can put it onto the grid, but this way, they're not subject to a bad bridge, or a dangerous bridge, or a bridge that gets taken out by bombs or war or anything else. So they actually couldn't believe it. They said you couldn't believe it, and it still happened. And some of Virginia, some big ones, but going this way is really, certainly, they just have this massive building in a large electric generating facility that will be powered by natural Gas. Mostly, some will be false that will use nuclear. Use nuclear. They have their right to do none of the powerful environmental persons, very expensive, 78 times more expensive than other forms of energy. Everything turbine, in the country because of these massive substance ceilings. It's really the only energy that these subsidy essentially, solar inflation. I declare that national energy emergency, and we're going to unleash the wind blow under our feet to bring the crisis way down that's going to happen. And again, we have a big part of it. It's going to be an actual guest, which is very, very frank and clean, COVID as many forms and energy as we can. And it's going to be something I think everybody knows. If you can call me or anybody else, if you have been involved with your problems, but you would have levels of business being brought to this country that we've never seen before. The tariffs are bringing them. The country's bringing they haven't been here. And we'll create a tax, tremendous tax incentive, but the biggest incentive is going to want to pay 100% tariff. Or 200% or whatever it may be. As you know, we're going to be announcing tariffs on cars from foreign countries at 25% probably April 2. I was going to do an April 1. A lot of money to wait one day. I don't know. What do I do there? Pam, maybe I'll you should. Maybe I'll do it just April 1. A lot of money that extra day. Bucha, you figure what that does flip through April 2. Just don't want to take the abuse. We created the new Department of government efficiency, which you may have heard about, which is now waging war on government waste, fraud and abuse, and we've begun the largest deregulation of industries and other things proper, deregulation that has ever done. I lead the way on that my first four years. We didn't want deregulation than any other president in history. And I wrote a little list along that I thought I just read some of the places that you mentioned, those some of the places that was coming and done, and these are the ones that I feel I could read. There are some that are so nasty and dirty and horrible that I don't know constant, I assume
they have television. I let the President connect with your nothing much better. Just if you want to let the President say, why not anybody who did that five, $20 million was given for a consultant to do ESG, that's environmental, social and governance investment, $25 million to promote biodiversity conservation and social responsibility in the country of Columbia, with $40 million to improve the social and economic inclusion of sedentary migrants. We have no place in particular they were thinking about this is no location the money was sent out, and have no idea where it's going. $42 million for social and behavior changes in Uganda, and 10 million for medical male circumcision. People want to be I $14 million for improving public procurement in Serbia. $486 million to Consortium for elections and political process strengthening. $22 million was for inclusive, participatory political process in mobile and $21 million going to my friend, Prime Minister Modi in India for vote of China in India. What about us? Governor? $29 million to strengthen the political landscape in Bangladesh, went to a firm that nobody ever heard of, got 29 million. They got a check. Can you imagine, you have a little bird, you get 10,000 here, 10,000 there, and then we get 29 million from the United States government that two people working, two people, I think they're very happy. They're very managed to be in the cover of a very good business magazine, producing $90 million for biodiversity in Nepal, and $47 million also for improving learning outcomes in Asia. Asia $50 million plus another $50 million for companies. 100 Million
we're also uncovering outrageous incompetence and throw it into Social Security. And I read this last night, so you're going to be bored hearing this, but you never get bored, because it's not possible for you. Maria, so if you live 100 years, a long time, but let's assume that they had millions and millions of people living, because they have 10 million people in the Social Security living. But let's go over over 100 so now you're more than 100 years old. We have 4.7 million social security numbers people from the age of 100 to 109 so if you're 100 to 1.7 4.7 million people in our social security roles right recently?
It is a great guy, and got along with everybody, got along with Democrats Republic, because everybody loved Larry's
103 and that was the end of it. But yeah, 3.6 million people eight, 110 sub 110, to 119, you have 3.6 these are the people on the rolls. Now we're looking to see whether or not they can make just using those 3.4 7 million people from the age of 129, 3.9 million people age 130, to 139 3.5 million people aged 140 years old to 149 years old. I think this occasional, think I might give you this day just you're going to have it 1.3 million from age 150 is 1.3 million people that say alive and receiving Social Security. Now that's the only thing we're checking. Are they receiving it? Because then they're receiving it, that basic life was not receiving it, that just basically accomplished. And the only thing good about this is that when we take all these people up close and we have tremendous growth underneath people that are 80 or 60 or 50 of it. But this is really 1.3 million from 150 to 159 and over 130,000 people are on the rolls of Social Security over the age of 160 years old, including 1000 over 39 people between the ages of 220 and 229 but we have think of that we have 1039 people who are 220 years old. 229 we have one person at 240 years old. And here's the beauty of a role. We have one person at 360 which is strange, As the countries 250 years older than the country.
What? Convenience facility. We created this department coach, and we got a number, sir. Could be $500 billion but it could be a trivid. It could be even a trivia but we're going to find out. We I'm actually going with Elon, and Elon has done a really good job, but I said what these people that we call the dojis, who are very good with
computers, scammers, talks and tries to kind of actually going to four knots, because I want to see do we have to go? We still have, whatever it is, tons of gold. I hope we can. Wouldn't that be disappointed for not you can't get it in. You can't you're going to see it. Nobody sees it. You go to end up glaciers dry. Would that be terrible? There's another one. Maybe we should go with us, but we're going there, and I pretty soon they can open the doors to Fort. Knox, would like to go with us? You want to go with this
one? I think there were, but we got to be strong and other things. But we're looking at everything. We have the largest deregulation campaign in history, for one in every time we put in a new regulation, we're not allowed to put it in unless we terminate 10 old regulations. So one in 10 we did. One in seven in my last administration, and the problem is something that will put back, foolishly put back. There's no reason for you truly want a triple charge economy. You have to do that, and you have to do the regulations. I think one of the reasons we are, I mean, before COVID, and we did a great job with COVID and getting through hell of a thing for all of us. Some countries will certain countries will actually never recover. Forth, but we ended up getting back to over the rings. The stock market was higher than this previous to COVID coming in, which is an amazing achievement, but we were just worried that I remember together sitting down with two results. The two great pollsters. They said, Sarah, we're the greatest economy in the history of the world. Doubling up China a little bit. I was also charged with China, hundreds of billions of dollars in Paris. Normally, no presidential they were killing us and we were meeting everybody. Everybody said that in 2018 China was going to overtake us as the biggest economy in the world. But in China, we still are. Now, another four years, like we had just, just passed, you will have China be investigated, because those are going to reason we have a smart president. There's no way that they should ever be able to catch us. But he shared, if Abraham Lincoln in the original Washington came back from the dead and they ran as president as vice president, had never been able to beat you. I said, thank you very much. I you there's something very bad happening,
and that's the first time under the word pandemic in a long time.
That's why I was from day one, I was saying, and That's why one other thing I
just read, I think, think you should do this. I mean safety and security and for the good of our nation, you should do it anyway, plus 10 times more if you went to paper ballots in the building, I would hope that every Republican wants to so plus exactly 8% of what the mission is discussing machines, that's something that one. They get business. Amazing. So paper about to take this very sophisticated to that paper. They hit. watermark. It's impossible to copy, impossible to achieve. It's actually probably the piece of paper is highly sophisticated. That's watermark. It's very basic. But if you went to paper ballots and state voted, and if you went to voter ID, and also one other thing, you want, proof of citizenship, those four things, group of citizenship, voter ID, paper ballots, one day vote, and if you want the two day voting or three day vote. But some of these things, you get 64 points. Just finish up. Just a short while ago. They was they were voting, but we could have, they're trying to finish him up and understand student. There were weeks after the election. There were a close election, you'd have to wait for weeks and weeks and weeks. He got pretty fast. We could very well in Georgia. But some of these cases, you have to US election, you would number one. And then once that happens, then you really never level one. But you would say 10s of millions of dollars you're making about right wrong. And two of these days, wrongly situation. Everybody you know the results of your your elections like Terry Clark family. Beautiful systems. election. By Terry, go and examine which box is so simple and so good I was. I did a few on because he knows what do you think of those systems? Computers are not meant for voting system, too many transactions taking place too quickly. The best people, the smartest computer, managed mit COVID. My uncle was a professor, one years people up there, and they will tell you that the most secure way that you can secure the election, and probably the fastest one, because it can be very little these paper ballots. So I hope Sarah so that certainly the Republican governments. But if you want to save a lot of money, you go to paper ballots, and of course, you need 8% of what the books are now, and that's based on a good deal. And then when you go through the days and weeks and months of waiting, France had mail in ballots, anytime you have mail in ballots, you ballots, are going to vote without question. And France had it, and I went back to paper ballots, and I saw the election, and the election was over at nine o'clock, and the numbers came in, 1005, 39, million votes. And S. And it was one of the only people that has now managed voted on the only countries that has never Jimmy Carter, when he did a commission. At the time, Big Show.
race. Remember the congressional race, but it took them forever to, like, six months later, they declare, who was it? Jerry Nagler or something, but I won't mention anyway, but she she won, but she was a
Democrat. That was a Democrat and an empath. I was a primary but they had the nail in the insistent disaster. So it's very, very expensive if you want to save money, if you're not, if you really believe that the news will each of them. But if you want to save a lot of money, you'll be cutting it down by millions and millions of dollars. So America will take off microoffics and Democratic governors. You're going to get the benefit of that. You're going to be opening up lands, and you're going to be opening up people. To come into our country. By the way, we need people in the country. Two weeks ago, I signed an executive order banning men from planning sports. Many Democrats
are fighting on that. I want to continue, because you'll never end up arrest. You. We look at what happened with the boxing and we look at what happened with the
weightlifting methods, but a record that had been broken for 19 years got shedding. But if I put up an eighth of an answer, that's 218 broken in 19 years. Guy walks up transition, he transitioned. He knocked out that record by about 100 pounds.
So we put a banner on it and protect them. The women. If you watch the Olympics two transition, people that were fighting in the women's box after one punch, what?
One Punch. Just a love jail. I can't do it. They forced her to go out and go out, go out again, go do it again. It gets hit again. No, no, that's it. She's crazy. But the NCAA has complied immediately. But I understand name are you comply with federal law? You better do it, because you're not going to get into federal funding, by the way. Federal funding. Somewhat liberal, though I did very well there, and your population doesn't want men playing in women's sports because any federal funding every state
and enjoy your life after Governor, because I don't think you'll be an elected followers. Every state has a responsibility to comply with Tata obligation, a legal obligation, and we'll be enforcing aggressively, and we're going to be protecting our citizens. We're going to protect so just to end this administration, This is inviting for parents rights and universal school choice, we want to do something that I think many people in this room want, and even if we don't, I think we do want to say yes.
always just to run your own school system. And you're. a fantastic job. Use your example, because you're so much into the education. Done a great job with school trips. You'll do the school trips every week. But we want to get it back, take it away. So just some steps, still, it lasts. It's usually the 3839 or 40 out of 40. We can take the 40 as big as possible, whatever it might be for 40 countries. And we were 3838 39 and congratulations. But two months ago, three months ago, we hit number 40. So we were last in terms of education in the world, and we will be first in another category that we were first in cost per pupil, so we spent much more than by the second cost. So we have Norway, Sweden, China, the big 19. But they're already well spent much less per pupil than we did. We spend the most per pupil already last decades. Can anything be worse than that? Sarah, so what happens is we are writing a very strong push on closing up the Department of Education. And then one person sitting there just to make sure that the teaching English, reading, writing, the rest of it is up to the government, to a greater is really smart people. Right, I think you'd love to have an enjoyable run sitting. there set up and maybe the education, you told me people that Washington that don't know much about the state. maybe don't like your state, maybe don't like you, maybe don't like your Bucha about what they should be doing. I'll tell you what. We will compete many of us. I think it's 35 of them. We have 35 great ones. We have five there. Okay, then we have another five, and then we could have four or five. That's okay. But in a place like New York, we could take it as an example, Westchester County. We go west just to Suffolk. You go out from Long Island, New upstate, New York. You need to break it up into quadrants Manhattan. But I think you could do a great job. I think that. I think the states will do a fantastic job, and we send the money directly to the states, and we send, we're not looking even for the cuts, but you'll spend a lot less money. You know, as somebody that spent a lot of time in Washington over the last number of years, she's okay. We building as the Department of Education, Linda, she knows going through the process right now with Linda McMahon and I said, Linda, you're trying. I really want to do a great job, but you're really only doing a great job if you have no job time to finish looking, you have to create no job for yourself, because we want this to go back to these states and be used. And if we can do that, I think it's going to be one of the most important things we can do. So the government, the people in this room, Democrat, Republican, will run their own school system, and we'll back them 100% and we'll pay like we do now. They probably have but that's not the reason I'm doing a very bad education. And as far as the teachers union, I love teachers, and I imagine some of these cases so that they do that's why you do it. So this isn't against unions, because I wonder if I won the pieces, you win the pieces. That's serious. But I put it in person as Secretary of Labor, who I really did, because the union so well, the autoworkers,
so many of the firefighters, the police unions, I got like 98% of the vote was looking for the other 2% don't get fired. So, you know, I grew up in New York, which was unions, union character, but we wouldn't be able to have great education. We don't have education in this country. This country is going to hear China is rated number four and five every year, and they're serious competitor. So I want to thank you all, and I do want to say again, call me anytime. I will make you call a Democrat. I will put you ahead of the Republicans. I have a democratic republic. I will put the Democrat first. Okay, sir, I will. We'll take good care of the people in this room, and it's an honor to hear you're very, very smart people to do what you do to get elected. It's a tough it's a tough business. But if we could take that education, and if we do some of the things that we just made out very easily in this plan, and you have a federal government that's behind you all the way, all the way, we'll be setting up as an example if we do convert fever, which we should very expensive, doesn't work, but we'll be sending federal help, and if you have a big hurricane or a tornado or all those things that I've been watching, and you'll be taken care of much, much better than you taking care of now you have to wait around for these people to come, and they come so late. The worst example was what you had to go through in North Carolina. What happened there was a terrible thing. So congratulations on your victories, and we're going to have many more victories, and I'm here for you. If you want to ask a couple of questions, you could if you'd like to
Yes, please. Thank you, Mr. President. So I think we share excited about disaster response and how we can make it better. We've all had disasters. We usually love to see the president after disaster, not Know. We have buyers other people flood Turkey, we want to be a part of helping to make a federal emergency work bill. FEMA, so they're not going to be square pegs around the hole. So in all of our boosters, one of the ones on the other end of it, oh my god. Why they COVID This will need that
for everybody to help. Good. Thank you very much. Yes, please. Thank you for walking out of
Okay, thank you. As we go through the process of priority, could you give us an opportunity to speak with you about state return on
investment before we go into climate?
Information
for Medicare governor
and as you know, we have transparency, which is one of the biggest things for the past and budgetary
Medicaid any other. You probably have better ideas than anybody has gotten yourself. So, we would love them. that issue of
health care we've talked about before. If we reform the health care industry, we try to do that work administration,
and they try to
fight it back every step of the way we all deal with high health care problems in
government and the private sector. If we reduce that 20%
of GDP down to 10 to 12, you can take a lot of things in government that we can't currently do it. We need to get the industry,
but you're a good example of it, and in your state that they've done a good job that you can do, you're going to get those numbers down, even though I know something was wrong to you. And as you have ideas, I'd love you to pass them along to the other governors here, but there are some states that have done a really, really good job of that, and we are totally open to suggestions. Thank you. Yes, this
is minimal room in Paris. We've got
the amount that itself declared,
that $800 package coming from whatever under $800 probably problem is that we're not doing that anymore, and also that's a real problem, and I think that everyone can share that. Thank you. So I had a deal for President Xi just prior to leaving office, but before the election, that President Xi was going to give the maximum penalty to anybody sending pension on to the United States. His maximum penalty is death. If you notice that every country that has the death penalty has no drug problem, I They execute their. And when you think about it, it's, it's very relating because every drug dealer on average they say, kills at least 500 people, not mention the damages so many. But they killed large numbers of people, China, Singapore, too many in nature, they come to our country, because we had the policy between the slept and the risk that they killed a lot of people. So we're going to, I mean,
I don't know what country is ready for that penalty. Set out guidelines on fairly large numbers, etc, but we'll have it go down very quickly. One of the things we're going to do is working on President of Mexico,
get send the people who you got to think, drug taking nation. You send us plenty of drugs, but the people aren't taking it. She said, Yes, we're not a consumer nation. That was a very interesting I said, So why aren't you? One of the reasons why they don't have a lot of drug problems, sometimes they're taken to death. Well, 2% we have very strong family values. The guy over that's the daughter of the Son, the mother and father will never be the same. Never be the same. Their life is wrong. Their life is over. I've seen it so much so we have strong family, that is also every members, and relationships, just as strong as Mexico. What's the other most been an online and advertising Singaporean anything. on phone calls. This time I learned something. I said, you know, because we set up like committees and get out the death penalty test, but some days get sick of it and do it. You want to get a drug problem with this country, but and you can do it on an individual state basis, for the governor, you will not have a drug problem with the state we did. But I will say this, we have a situation where we have now hired government best agencies, and we're going to spend about 100 million, maybe 200 million, advertising saying that when we take certain drugs and drug patents and all et cetera, et cetera, it destroys your skin, it destroys your teeth, it destroys your brain, It destroys everything, and really horrible commercials. I mean, I've seen the first time, and they are brutal. They are brutal. And when some young kid is sitting down watching this commercial a couple of times, everyone so I think that this is a big statement, but I think we can drop a 50% and I gave her a credit. She was talking to me about it, told me about it, and I knew immediately, as soon as she said it was not she didn't have to say anymore. She went on to tell me different things, but it was just the concept of it. And I think states can do this when you do a commercial talking about how horrible it is, what it does in this eroded the peak. You can tell, I mean, you can see the person that takes that drug, especially fentanyl, and some of the others, the bedrooms, some of them the heroin. It's unbelievable what it does to do, and we're going to put a very, very strong answer. Now that I'm thinking about it, I think you should put on strong ads too, really strong ads. I think it's an unbelievable thing. We're all going to do it on a national basis, but you can do it individually, individual basis, and you can also, I think we get moments of this, but your states have the right to go death penalty, also for drug dealers, but only do that if you want to get rid of drugs, because you don't do that. It's really tough. But I think the advertising group will have a huge I think we can get it down to $55 percent. We said we did great. We got it down 18% they said, that's not a lot, though, everybody was giving us a rather oh and 80% I mean, we set up committees with the First Lady in the United States on a blue ribbon committee, but they didn't know too much about El Chapo and the various people we're talking about, smart people. But I'll tell you what the advertising could be. I hope the states go to a lot of money section. I mean, with $50 million you could just cover the state. And if you did that, and I'm going to do it, I think, I think you can get it down by 50% when you see it. I've seen some of the answers. If a person who looks at the ads that I saw, they're not going to be taking those So good question. Thank you very much. How
about a little bit more?
Thank you so much for
having us as we talk this government, we implement a lot of
the social Medicaid or job training or rental assistance, each
one has different requirements that create
cliffs and benefits
that make it hard for people to come face and symbolize work requirements,
results synchronized across Canada, Medicaid programs. Let's make it. Let's make it. Up.
I think if you could get together and work together just on that basis, thank you. I want to
just so you know,
even in the state of Nebraska, we're inspiring the last one to be uncomfortable, to stand up for what we believe in, faith, changing, hard working American
